SO CHEEKY

don’t be afraid of creme blush.

by mickie meinhardt

Wearing blush can be a little daunting (too much and you risk looking like an over-rouged grandma) but it's important to get some color in your cheeks unless your look du jour is Cullen After Dark.

Behold, the Maybelline Baby Lips obsession.

Luckily, Maybelline's new Dream Bouncy blush goes on easily and looks really natural. The cream blush is super airy—we're kind of obsessed with how it actually bounces to the touch— and rubs into cheeks so there's no danger of doing an ‘80s blush OD. It has just a touch of shine, and works for the “bare-faced” look better than some of the more pigmented powder blushes.

The only major caution is if you're skin is naturally oily, in which case, stick to a dryer formula (like the one BeneFit just released).
