Given that he hails from Melbourne, Australia, it should come as no surprise that Aaron Shanahan is all about good vibes. A member of indie pop bands Miami Horror and Wunder Wunder, Shanahan's solo project, Sunday, is dedicated to those same good vibes, as you'll see in the music video directed by Shanahan and Victori Pakpour for his latest single, "Waiting For You."

Filled with warm tones and layers of dreamy synths, the track is pure escapism, and so are its visuals. The video depicts Shanahan's escape from L.A. all the way to Joshua Tree, where he lets loose.

“'Waiting For You' was written about a particular time in my life when I was going through much change, and having anxiety and challenges from relationships and life," Shanahan explained. "I jumped in a car, went to the Joshua Tree, and spent a week in a tent there, gaining calmness and clarity from the desert. I wanted the video to reflect that feeling of relief and serenity I felt.”

This vivid visual will make your wildest west coast dreams come true. Take in all the majestic scenery in the video, above.
