Models are used to shill lots of things: clothes, cars, even music. But rare is the model-headphone collaboration. Which is strange, considering that if you go backstage at just about any show during fashion week, you'll see a row of pretty faces zoning out to music while they get hair and makeup done. Skullcandy changes that, with today's launch of their "Supermodel Crew." Comprised of Jessica Stam (now brunette!), Chanel Iman, Chrissy Teigen, and Kate Upton, the foursome are now promoting the brand's headphones with the same photogenic tricks they would use to sell, say, shoes. In addition to posing in photos, the Crew will also be contributing to Skullycandy's weekly video feature in September, called "Model Monday," as well as put together playlists. So when you spy Stam walking down the street with her headphones on, you no longer have to wonder what she's listening to--it's probably Bananarama's "Cruel Summer" or Shania Twain's "That Don't Impress Me Much."
