Taylor Swift Loses Her Chill In New Song “Gorgeous”

Over a guy she met once

by Sarah Beauchamp

Taylor Swift just released her next single, "Gorgeous," and it's basically about how bad she wants to bang some hot dude she hung out with once at a party. Only, because this is the woman who can turn a one-night stand into a love song, it's way more dramatic than that. "Ocean blue eyes, looking in mine," she sings. "I feel like I might sink and drown and die."

In the beginning of the song, Swift sings, "You should take it as a compliment that I got drunk and made fun of the way you talk." So now we know how Taylor Swift flirts, which is pretty much exactly how I'd imagined. "You're so gorgeous, I can't say anything to your face," she sings in the chorus. "'Cause look at your face."

Honestly, this song is very just okay, but it's funny to see how bad Swift has it for whoever she's singing about. "There's nothing I hate more than what I can't have," she sings. "Guess I'll just stumble on home to my cats... alone. Unless you want to come along?"

Hope you got laid that night, girl! Or, at the very least, had a good night in with the cats.

Listen to Swift lose all her chill, below.
