It's hard to imagine Jill Soloway topping the first season of her groundbreaking, Emmy-winning series Transparent. The 10-episode Amazon series was hailed as a major achievement for the way it portrayed people in the trans community. But beyond its progressive subject matter, the show was as poignant and moving a family drama as we've seen in years. So it brings us great joy that after our first glimpse at the trailer for season two, it looks like Soloway has crafted something just as affecting, thoughtful, and inspired.
