Tweezerman’s beloved kid sister Urban Beauty United has come stateside! And lucky for you, we have all the information you need on the bold line of beauty tools.

Last night we got to hang out with the brand’s ambassador Harley Viera-Newton at the launch event for UBU’s latest collection of beauty must-haves, and Newton spilled on all her favorites. For her signature red lip, Harley uses the Lippety Stick Lip Brush ,and she has the Luxury Liner Eyeliner Brush to thank for her everyday cat eye. The bombshell DJ also carries around the Minnie Me’s Mini Tweezer Set in her bag, and starts her daily makeup regimen with the Blender Baby Foundation Sponge. Yet another aspect of the collection that rules? All the brushes are color-coded: pink for powder and blush, purple for eyes, and yellow for concealers.

With Newton on board, UBU started its “All Girls on Deck” campaign to empower female DJ’s in an industry that is male dominated (and obviously we love the girl power). Even better, the brand is interactive--meaning, you can download the UBU All Girls on Deck DJ app, which allows you to mix music and create playlistswhile putting on makeup.
