Freebie Friday: Lush Cosmetics

senior beauty editor jade taylor visits the factory…again

Last year when I visited the Lush headquarters in Vancouver, Canada to make Halloween products, I truly had one of the best times of my life. Not only did I get to see how the company hand makes all of their insanely amazing products, but I also got to meet all of the hardworking, passionate people behind the brand. So naturally I was beyond stoked when Lush invited me back to the factory to make Valentine’s Day products for the upcoming holiday!

The first product I got to make was limited edition The Kiss Lip Tint, a gorgeous pink balm that leaves lips plump and moisturized. Then I got to whip up Prince Charming: a limited edition shower cream that’s made up of yummy things like pomegranate juice and organic cocoa butter and leaves skin feeling soft and smelling divine. Lastly, I got to make Unicorn Horn, a magical, pastel rainbow bath dream blended with lavender, ylang ylang, and neroli. Basically, I ended the day covered in glitter and smelling like an actual real-life angel.

Make sure to check out the video below for all the behind the scenes shenanigans, but that’s not all: If you’re dying for any of the products, good news, because you can win them all! Simply like this post on our Facebook page and we’ll choose a few lucky Lushies to win.
