The blouse. Known by every sartorially concerned person to be the ultimate wardrobe staple. Goes under sweaters, over crop tops, and is best paired with a classic pair of jeans.
But Lily Allen upped her blouse game in the front row of the House of Holland show in a blouse with tiny phrases like "XOXO" and "giddy up" printed across it. Harking back to Stella McCartney's multi-monogrammed blouses, Allen's top is a cool reinterpretation of the logo or slogan T-shirt. A little more formal, a little more tongue-in-cheek, but just as awesome.
