we almost called this story turban outfitters…
Back in February, Erin Wasson and Charlotte Ronson wrapped turbans around their models' heads for their Fall 2010 runway shows. And even though the girls looked adorable, we weren't sure if it would last through spring.
Then, during this past fashion week, we again spotted the trend accessorizing Vena Cava, Lorick, and Honor's Spring 2011 collection.
Normally, after seeing the same fad season after season, we get annoyed and deem it “old news.” But this is not the case with the turban; somehow no two designers interpreted the accessory in the same way.
Although we're not surprised to see this high fashion look hit the streets, we're relieved to once again see dozens of unique, yet wearable, variations. After a bit of narrowing down, we rounded up our favorite picks... just in time for the cold weather!
