zayn malik gets a new hair color

There was a time when legions of fans fawned over Zayn Malik's thick, dark locks. Alas, those days are gone: Malik's long, luscious hair has since been shaved and now, dyed a bright, lime green.
The former One Direction member debuted his newly colored hair in a photo on his fiancée, Perrie Edwards' Instagram. Captioned "GreenHairDontCare," the photo shows Malik with Edwards, and a green beer bottle that bears a striking resemblance to his new 'do.
It's true that the colored hair trend is still going strong, and why wouldn't the 22-year-old singer want to dabble? After all, with his departure from One Direction, Malik finally has the opportunity to form a new, individual identity.
