Here’s Your First Look At Urban Decay’s ‘Game Of Thrones’ Collection
Soon, we can channel our inner Mother of Dragons
As we gear up for next month's premiere of Game of Thrones' eighth and final season, nothing has gotten us more excited than the Game of Thrones collection that cult beauty brand Urban Decay has been teasing for weeks (well, other than the trailers and theories). And now? We finally have our first look at what's to come.
Inspired by each of the Seven Kingdoms, the most exciting drop of the collection has to be the massive 3D Eyeshadow Palette, which contains a whopping 20 new shades representing the major forces of Westeros. Jewel tones make up House Targaryen, while metallic mattes and shimmers represent House Lannister; House Stark is made up of smoky mattes and neutral shimmers, leaving the White Walkers to rule over cool, icy shimmers.
Four new shades of the brand's iconic Vice Lipsticks are also launching, featuring three neutral shades named after the three queens—Sansa Stark, Cersei Lannister, and Daenerys Targaryen—as well as a chilling, deep berry shade named for the White Walkers. Also for the lips (and cheeks) is the Dracarys Lip & Cheek Stain, a universally flattering sheer flush inspired by the High Valyrian command for "dragonfire."
Next up? Four glitzy new shades of the 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil, inspired by the elements of Westeros, from iridescent, glittering snow of Winterfell to the blackened, holographic smoke of the dragon. A highlighter palette containing three new shades of Afterglow Highlighter will also launch, inspired by the Queen of Dragons herself.
Last, but not least, two sword-inspired eyeshadow brushes will launch, inspired by our favorite battle hero siblings, Jon Snow and Arya Stark. Snow's is inspired by the storied Valyrian steel sword, while Stark's precision-based brush is small—but mighty and, well, precise.
