8@8: Your Morning Scoop

Kim Kardashian is Pat McGrath’s new muse

Today is...

National Caramel Popcorn Day!

News of the Day:

+ Kim Kardashian has been revealed as the face of Pat McGrath's newest product, Dark Star 006. We're totally obsessed with the gorgeous out-of-this-world shades and suggest you pre-order your kit here before it inevitably sells out.

+ BOSCO dropped the video for her newest single, "Castles," featuring Atlanta-based duo St. Beauty. She describes the gorgeous pastel visuals as "lo-fi meets DIY meets historic preservation meets cut-and-paste," as she creates her own intimate portrait of ATL's landscape while singing about on-again, off-again relationships.

+ A fresh batch of FENTY x PUMA creepers are coming your way—and soon. Rihanna is dropping two new colors of the popular kicks on April 7. For this release, she's sticking to basics with a white leather upper and black stripe pair and a sleek crackled black patent leather upper and black outsole version.

+ A federal court in Chicago has deemed that LGBT employees are protected under the 1964 Civil Rights Act. This ruling comes three weeks after an appellate in Georgia came to the opposite decision, suggesting that the matter will head to the Supreme Court.

+ Neighborhood brings edgy vibes to its latest collaboration with Converse. The collab drops today and features two distinct styles. The Converse x Neighborhood One Star '74 features a black suede upper and extra-embellished Star Chevron, and the Converse x Neighborhood Chuck '70 boasts a "gear shift" toe overlay, making it the ultimate motorcycle-ready high-top.
