Ample Hills Creamery, famed for their Salted Crack Caramel ice cream, is situated on Vanderbilt and St. Marks Ave. in Brooklyn, but their lines usually go on for a few more blocks beyond that. The line consists of children who are barely old enough to eat ice cream to adults who are about a step away from using drenchers. The flavors we selected are Mexican Hot Chocolate–which could be the single-handed best ice cream flavour in the world–and Cookies au Lait, a flavour compiled of cookies and espresso. One scoop is about 4.50 and two scoops are an extra buck. Manhattan might have a myriad of ice cream spots to choose from but Brooklyn only needs one. For more on Ample Hills Creamery check HERE.
