The Curator:
Blogger Dylana Suarez of Color Me Nana
The Look:
Now And Then
The characters in
Now And Then,
one of my all-time favorite movies, totally embody my fashion vision each and every summer-- 1970's tomboy with a whole lot of prints and sass. This movie reminds me of being young and a little reckless and extremely curious, and just of summer in general, which is just what I need after this winter.
The Face:
I can't live without my Tarte cheek stain in Awakening! It's sort of a sheer plum color and gives the most natural, dewy glow on your cheeks, like you just ran a mile. Plus, it makes my skin feel extra soft.
The Inspiration:
Sunsets and bare feet
Nothing comes as close to bliss as this. Sometimes we get so caught up in things that we forget to just let go and soak it all. This picture is a reminder that at the end of the day, sometimes all you really need is to let your hair down and watch the sunset. Cheesy but true.
The Song:
"Tennis Court" by Lorde
"Tennis Court" by Lorde. I just started working out to Lorde Pandora station and it's given me something fresh to listen to. I love that she has so much spunk and girl power. It totally comes through in her music.
