Erdem x H&M Is The Only Thing We Want To Wear This Fall

Here’s your first look at the collection

When we first caught wind that Erdem and H&M were joining forces back in July, we knew it was going to major. The sneak peek we got through the dreamy Baz Luhrmann-lensed teaser video said as much.

After months of anticipation, we finally know what the collection will look like, thanks to the lookbook release. Shot by Michal Pudelka in the same country house where Luhrmann’s film takes place, it’s filled with even more magic than we expected. The ultra-feminine collection is brimming with prim and proper pieces. It's dripping in florals (it wouldn’t be Erdem if it wasn’t, right?) and full of whimsy.

What exactly can we expect from this marriage of high fashion meets high street? Plenty of lace blouses and dresses with Victorian-style collars, wildflower covered everything (day dresses, gowns, pantsuits, a hoodie, and plenty of florals for the boys, too), and a fair share of fall-approved outerwear in leopards, tweeds, and sturdy wool. Basically, the fall wardrobe of your dreams.

But when it comes to designer collaborations, has H&M ever really wronged us? The answer, of course, is no (check out last year’s Kenzo x H&M and 2015’s Balmain x H&M, if you need any confirmation).

The whopping 87-SKU collection hits H&M stores starting November 2, so mark your calendars now. Check out the full lookbook below, and let the drooling commence.
