Fenty Beauty’s New Campaign Celebrates Men Wearing Lipstick
And it’s hilarious
Rihanna just proved once again that she's the reigning champ of diversity and inclusivity when it comes to Fenty Beauty's campaigns. Along with launching 40 different shades of her Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation and her game-changing ad featuring models with varying body and skin types, the Bad Gal's latest, for her MATTEMOIUSELLE lipstick collection, celebrates men wearing makeup.
Instagram comedian Kwaylon Rogers, better known as BlameItOnKway, is the star of the brand's hilarious new commercial. In it, Rogers plays a variety of characters, including a perky fitness instructor and a fiery queen.
"You know what?!.... @blameitonkway you got too much time on your hands," wrote Rihanna on Instagram. "Give us lip sis!!!! I love this, thank you!!!!"
This isn't the first time a man has been spotted in RiRi's line. Get Out star Daniel Kaluuya was wearing the Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation to this year's 90th Academy Awards.
If this campaign is indicative of the future of the beauty industry, we can all agree that it's looking pretty bright. You can see the campaign in all its glory, below.
