Hoodboi And TZAR’s New Song Will Stay On The Tip Of Your Tongue

Los Angeles' Hoodboi has been gone for a minute, but he's back with another banger. Following last month's "Glide," Hoodboi linked up with TZAR for "Tip of My Tongue," a glossy foot-tapper that packs a seductive punch.

"I've been writing music with TZAR for a couple years now," Hoodboi tells us. "I knew we landed on something special when we wrote 'Tip Of My Tongue' one night at her apartment." Indeed, "Tip Of My Tongue" is something special. It combines the swagger of Disclosure with the effervescence of Flume. TZAR's feature merely amps up the track's sauciness. Expect more of this magic when Hoodboi drops his Breathing Room EP later this year. "['Tip Of My Tongue'] was one of the starting points for the EP," he says, "and helped shape the rest of the songs." A stellar tease if there ever was one. Listen, below (via Fool's Gold Records).
