Say goodbye to blue hair and rainbow tutus because Katy Perry's latest fashion phase is totally '90s.
At a dinner this week, Perry ditched the rainbow outfits she's known for, and opted for a Raga patterned sweater, an Alice + Olivia leather skirt, and black motorcycle boots. She also wears a fluffy sweater on the cover of her new album, Prism…. Are we sensing a trend here? Maybe Perry's new thing is going to be tons of fuzzy sweaters. We're OK with that, I mean, a knit is always more practical than a cupcake bra.
