‘Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’ Star Tituss Burgess Unveils His Own Brand Of Pinot Noir
“Caviar… Myanmar… Mid-sized car”
As proof that, yes, sometimes there is justice in this world of ours, Tituss Burgess—the fantastic star of Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt—has just announced the creation of his own namesake brand of pinot noir. Blessings to all.
For those of you who aren't in on the joke here (and, really, what's wrong with you people?), Burgess’ entrée into viniculture isn’t just a result of the comedian’s fine palette (though we are sure that he has one). Rather, it’s a play on the song his character (Titus Andromedon) created in the first season, “Peeno Noir," a self-professed "ode to black penis.” You see what they did there? You really can’t miss a marketing opportunity like that, can you? You may now soak in the original song above at your own leisure.
Below you can see the announcement Instagram Burgess left for us all to enjoy and ponder.
Glorious, isn’t it?
Now, while there are few details about the creation, terroir, or tasting notes attached to this vintage, it is available for purchase right here, right now—though it ships mid-month. This gives you plenty of time to order a case for your eventual marathon bingeing of the second season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, which comes to Netflix April 15.
