Fashion

meet me at the met gala

how to get the look of your favorite met ball attendees.

by steff yotka

Since the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute gala occurred two days ago, you've probably had some time to stomach all of the truly amazing fashion of the red carpet--though I wouldn't blame you if you couldn't yet pick a favorite look. (Personally, I'm stuck between Gabrielle Union's sparkly Prada ensemble and Michelle Williams' mod Louis Vuitton shift.)

But when it comes to shopping the outfits that walked up the storied steps of the Met, you don't have to have a favorite, you just need a credit card with a very, very high limit. Still, there are ways to incorporate the coolest outfits from the gala into your day-to-day life.

Check out the ways you can get the look off the red carpet in the slideshow...and happy shopping!
