December is unofficially known as the month of parties. Why is it that we feel the need to celebrate even though the pressure to finish our work year strong is at its peak? Actually, let's not question that; let's just commit to working hard and partying smarter.
All these festive functions, though, mean corresponding outfits. So, NYLON teamed up with Lord & Taylor and invited a bunch of top New York City influencers, all decked out in dresses from Lord & Taylor, to celebrate the art of holiday dressing. Over dinner and cocktails at VNYL's Black Rose Room, we chatted style and its role during this festive season—plus we may or may not have picked up a few pointers along the way.
