premiere: tim william “creator”

The genre destroying artist drops a mind bending video…

by Josh Madden

Exactly a month ago (to the day, actually), we posted about one of our favorite new finds, an artist named Tim William. The jumped-up club anthem by the name of "Harder" was our introduction, but today William brings us a completely different vibe with the video for his newest release "Creator." This is the first release from his newest EP Snakes and Ladders, due out early October.

The visual that accompanies this new track is a quite literally an example of the artist's continued evolution and utilizes some pretty rad technology. The snake-like bass line of “Creator” rolls seamlessly over the drum arrangement, an original ongoing aspect of William’s music production. Through smooth and dynamic melodies the song it shows off a different side of Tims voice and his devil-may-care sensibility. The singer's penchant for the avant-garde and androgynous is evident as this track bends genres and borders new-wave-R & B-neu-romance-crooning. Read more about William HERE and follow him on Twitter HERE for news, info on live dates, and the release of Snakes and Ladders.
