Let's just all check out Rihanna's Altuzarra outfit and admit that sailor stripes never looked this good.
With a blouse unbuttoned to her navel, and a diagonally striped skirt slit up to her thigh, it would be easy for Rihanna's look to get a little scandalous, but we think she's never looked chicer than in this red, white, and blue ensemble.
