It’s pretty rare that a movie premiere red carpet warrants a full-on best dressed roundup, but this past weekend’s Los Angeles Star Wars: The Last Jedi premiere was most definitely deserving. It was chock full of some pretty noteworthy fashion moments.
From leading lady Daisy Ridley’s very literal glittering star gown to Chloe and Halle Bailey’s coordinating Louis Vuitton looks, it was a night to remember. (And, clearly, not just for the film.) Whether the stars were dressed to the nines in sparkling gowns or keeping it cool and casual in blazers, patent leather, or vested pantsuits, it was pure fashion magic—any Star Wars fan and non-fan can agree.
In fact, this may be just one of the most fashionable red carpets of the year. Don’t believe us? Check it out for yourself, below.

Gwendoline Christie was a vision in silver in this glittering Gucci gown.
We thought Tessa Thompson’s Solace London patent wide-leg pants were the best part about her look—that was, until we saw those shoes.
Chloe and Halle Bailey proved they’re an iconic fashion duo in this pair of Louis Vuitton looks.
Storm Reid’s Rosetta Getty vest suit is not only perfection, but it also feels very modern-day Ray.
We’re here for Meg Donnelly’s Usama Ishtay caped jumpsuit magic.
