Taylor Swift is the long-legged, multimillionaire version of that sweet, upbeat friend of yours who bakes cakes for everyone’s birthday, calls their parents every day, and almost never curses.

And it's exactly Swift's confirmed status as a sweetheart who only plays at being a “Bad Blood” badass that took us aback last night. While playing to her fans last night in East Rutherford, New Jersey, T-Swift brought out rapper The Weekend (also a favorite in this office) to duet with her on his sharp single, “Can’t Feel My Face”. 

Despite the fact that it’s the kind of advanced, sexy number that obliquely references drug use we never thought we’d see Swift carry, girl totally sold it. Just watch her own the second verse and slink around the stage like someone who definitely doesn’t talk about boys with her mom. It’s a whole new Swift, but we love it. More of this, please.

Also, Swift invited Lena Dunham, Gigi Hadid, Hailee Steinfeld, Lily Aldridge, and the entire U.S. Women's soccer team onstage last night, because she's friendly like that. That's our girl.
