Based on the name alone, it's pretty obvious that Danish pop duo The Asteroids Galaxy Tour like to defy boundaries—whether it they be astrologic, planetary, or dimensional boundaries. So it should come as no surprise that for their third studio album, the band has upped their production, turning out more processed, futuristic sounds than ever before to create more an almost alienistic genre of pop.
As funk notes switch to trip hop beats to tinges of jazz, their latest single "My Club" seems to defy the dimensions of time. But be warned, the mesh of pulsating beats and Mette Lindberg's distinct vocals induce a heavy state of dance trance.
