BEST DRESSED: TEEN CHOICE AWARDS

On Sunday, TV vampires usually come from True Blood but thanks to the Teen Choice Awards, yesterday the night crawlers from Twilight and The Vampire Diaries reigned supreme - at least, they did on stage. The red carpet was another story, with one notable blood babe (Nina Dobrev from TVD) stealing the show in Dolce & Gabbana, and the rest of the fashion triumphs coming from Blake, Rachel, and the other usual style suspects. There was one notable "omg" exception in the form of Avril Lavigne, who wore a sweet and well-fitted little black dress from Kohl's. Granted it was her own line, Abbey Dawn, but still a gutsy move. (We've seen celebs who shall not be named wearing designer clothes to their own fast fashion launch events!)
