Cardi B Responds To Tristan Thompson Rumors With Wise Words For All Of Us
“Let them work things out”
As you've probably already heard, it hasn't exactly been a peaceful week for Khloe Kardashian. The reality star reportedly gave birth early Thursday morning amid rumors that her boyfriend and the father of her child, Tristan Thompson, has been cheating on her throughout her pregnancy.
While many people have been weighing in on social media, some in support of Kardashian throughout this whole ordeal, some making light of the situation with jokes, and some even saying that she had it coming (which is just plain gross, by the way,) it's Cardi B's response that we should all be taking to heart. The rapper—who has also had to deal with cheating rumors about her fiancé, Offset—chimed in on Friday to offer up her own advice for Kardashian, and it's definitely worth listening to.
As a guest on BigBoyTV, Cardi B was asked to share her thoughts about the rumors, and here's what she had to say:
Just do what your heart feel like doing, you wanna know something, just do what your heart feels like is right. Because at the end of the day, everybody wanna act like they deacons and pastors and they relationships is perfect and they don’t know what other people, you don’t know what type of things are happening in their relationship.
The rapper also added, "You don’t know how old certain receipts are. People like to make things seem like, 'This happened two weeks ago!' Let them work things out."
Cardi B's sentiments are an important reminder that while we all might have our personal opinions about celebrities' relationships, it's up to them to decide what they feel is best for their personal situations and to work things out the way they choose. Here's hoping that Khloe and her new baby are healthy and happy regardless of what happens with these cheating rumors, because really, that's all that matters here.
