You've seen the posters, now stop everything and watch the brand new extended trailer for Gone Girl! Because just when you thought things couldn't get any creepier, they totally did.

In case you need a refresher on the Gillian Flynn bestseller, here goes: Ben Affleck stars as Nick, a newly out-of-work businessman whose wife Amy (Rosamund Pike) goes missing. From that point on it's a whirlwind of suspicion and suspense, and Nick has to prove that he did NOT in fact kill his wife. With director David Finch's eerie vision and a rumored new ending, we'll have to wait until the film opens in October to really see what goes down in the Hollywood adaptation.
