If anybody knows how to honor a friend, Kate Moss certainly does. For her 42nd birthday party this past weekend, Kate Moss paid tribute to her dear friend David Bowie and threw a wild Bowie-themed extravaganza at her home in the Cotswolds in his honor. A source told Daily Mail that guests were expected to attend channeling their ”inner Bowie” in '80s attire. Her look for the evening? She of course dressed very Bowie, wearing a sequined catsuit from Pam Hogg’s personal archive paired with purple platform boots.

The celebration was obviously star-studded, with attendees such as Boy George, who performed at the event. He later tweeted:

Photographer Mert Alas was also at the party, who Instagrammed a few pre-celebration photos of the supermodel getting ready for the evening.

Bowie was a close friend of Moss', who once accepted a BRIT award on his behalf while donning one of his iconic Ziggy Stardust costumes.
