The much anticipated spring 2016 collection for Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s namesake brand is here.
The line, which is a reflection of Kendall’s sleek, feminine style and Kylie’s dynamic edge, will launch next month, right before New York Fashion Week begins. The sisters aimed for the brand to be on the affordable side, with ready-to-wear prices ranging from $68 to $298 (with leather pieces priced up to $498) and shoes from $100 to $200, selling at luxury retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Shopbop, Nordstrom, and Revolve.
“This is such an exciting time for us. We’ve grown a lot in our tastes and point of view and it feels amazing being able to express that in a more sophisticated collection,” Kendall said in a press release. “This line is a true reflection of our evolving love of fashion.”
It certainly is more sophisticated, comprised of mostly black, white, and nude dresses, jumpsuits and separates and an extensive shoe line (manufactured by Marc Fisher Footwear, none-the-less) with hints of pastel blues, gingham, and animal prints. Even the bohemian pieces are more elegant than festival-ready.
