Watch Kim Kardashian Get Confronted By Animal Activists

Kim Kardashian is no stranger to haters, but normally she's taking selfies at the Met Gala while they're bashing her in some anonymous comments section. But on Tuesday, the reality star came face to face with some pretty enraged people during a book signing at a New York Barnes & Noble. Kardashian was promoting her Rizzoli book, Selfish—some fans began lining up as early as Monday night—when a chorus of animal activists began accusing her of supporting the fur industry. (They're not wrong.)

At first, Kim thanked the incognito activists for showing up, mistaking them for fans. But it became clear after one said "I just want to say you're the most disgusting human being on the planet—shame on you for supporting the fur industry," that they're not exactly keeping up with the Kardashians. Kim, registering the faintest flicker of surprise, went about her book signing business as more activists heckled her. "Can you make it out to all the animals that have been tortured and killed for you to wear a fur coat?" another asked.

This isn't the first time Kim Kardashian has faced criticism for wearing fur. Back in 2012, PETA slammed her after wearing fur following statements on Ellen that she was anti-fur. This caused Lady Gaga to defend Kardashian and to criticize the aggressive tactics of some animal rights activists.

Suprisingly, Kardashian has yet to comment about the incident.
