Gillian Jacobs + Paul Rust Go For It In The ‘Love’ Season 2 Trailer

No one said it was easy

If all the cloying, canned romance of Valentine's Day has you feeling a little nauseous, we have the perfect antidote. Netflix just dropped the first trailer for season two of Love, the Judd Apatow-produced show that chronicles an against-all-odds relationship between two L.A. hipsters. Paul Rust returns as the floppy-haired wimp Gus, whose life is upended by the arrival of Mickey, Gillian Jacobs’ dysfunctional version of the Manic Pixie Dream Girl.

While the first season looked at their chaotic courtship, season two will show us what happens when two people on opposite ends of the personality spectrum decide that they kinda, sorta want to be together. Based on the trailer, it gets messy. Like, smashing things, having rabid sex in parked cars, and doing tons of illicit street drugs messy.

In other words, season two of Love looks like it's going to be one heck of a good time. Catch it when it premieres on Netflix on March 10, and watch our recent Facebook Live interview with Rust and Jacobs here.
