in defense of the disco nap.

For many people, party plans entail some neccessary essentials beforehand: a new outfit, a pre-game playlist, cocktails. But for me, this means it's time to nap.

I know what you're thinking: I'm crazy. But hear me out, because a properly-timed disco nap is actually the key to making it past midnight. Not only do you give your body a quick break so you're ready to dance for the next few hours, but you'll wake up looking--and feeling-- better. So take the next couple of days to practice your pre-party snooze so you'll have it in tip top shape by Friday evening.
