The heat wave is still sweeping New York but fashion people don't care. They're not here to play around with Mother Nature. They're here to show her fashion knows no elemental restrictions. Perhaps if enough people wear non-heat wave wear, the weather will be forced to change? Is that bullying? Rude.
Anyway, day two of New York Fashion Week brought out more easy, breezy outfits than day one. Flowy and billowing pieces trumped fitted, structured ones. New York City's streets never cease to be the most exciting runways and NYFW only works to drive that point home. Thankfully, NYFW also brings out the color in everyone's wardrobes. So soak it in because come next week, everyone will be back to black.
