swiping on tinder won’t ever be the same
it’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s the super like
Sure, Tinder lets you notify other users if you like them. But what do you do if you like them like them? What do you do if a simple swipe right just isn’t enough?
Thankfully, Tinder has announced the addition of the "Super Like," a new feature that will allow users to express a heightened interest in other Tinderers. It’s far from your average Like: Instead of swiping right, users will swipe up to deploy a Super Like, of which the object of their desires will be notified by a blue banner at the bottom of their screen. It’s the Tinder equivalent of double-tapping someone’s Instagram pictures from 40-plus weeks ago in the middle of the night, in that it straddles the border of “Oh!” and “...Oh.” Only one Super Like will be granted per day initially, so you'll have to save them for that special someone.
The Super Like is the latest of cool feature additions to Tinder and will be premiering in Australia before its global rollout later this year, giving you ample time to get your thumbs ready to swipe up.
