Watch The Second Teaser for the Upcoming Tupac Biopic Film

On the 20th anniversary of the rapper’s death

Today marks the 20th anniversary of Tupac Shakur’s death, in case you needed a reminder that yes, you are really fucking old. In honor of the tragic day, the filmmakers for All Eyez On Me released a second trailer for the upcoming biopic.

The under two-minute teaser opens with Demetrius Shipp Jr., who plays the late rapper, addressing a concert crowd. “So, how many of y’all heard what the vice president said about me?” he asks. “Cops kill innocent black folk every day and Quayle’s coming after me?” he continues, in between scenes of him being slammed to the ground by cops. “You know what I got to say to these muthafuckas?” He answers with two middle fingers in the air.

The rest of the clip is a hodgepodge of clips featuring Pac in jail, talking to his mother Afeni Shakur, played by Danai Gurira, and even addressing a young, concerned Jada Pinkett Smith, played by Kat Graham. The film has reportedly been delayed due to a song licensing dispute over “Ambitionz As A Ridah,” so we may have to wait until November until the full movie is released. Until then, you can switch back and forth between the below clip and the first teaser to hold you over.
