Preview Kevin Smith’s new brainchild below

Thanks in part to the rise of Lily-Rose Depp, Kevin Smith's massive following, and the sheer absurdness of its plot, Yoga Hosers was easily the most hyped film of this past Sundance Film Festival. And while we've seen little teasers along the way, from on-set photos to an introductory clip, aside from the post-festival reviews it received, the movie has remained somewhat out of the mainstream. But now, with a full-length trailer, we have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to be the biggest cult film of the summer.

The follow-up to Husk and the second installment in Smith's True North trilogy, Yoga Hosers follows two yoga- and boy-obsessed sarcastic teenagers both named Colleen (Lily-Rose Depp and Harley Quinn Smith). While the two sophomores are on their way to a senior party, they find themselves at the center of a strange, alien–like invasion by tiny, foot-sized Nazis made of bratwurst, which they so aptly name Bratzis. Johnny Depp's character, the contrived Guy Lapointe, comes in to help them save Canada, and probably the world, from a full-fledged takeover. Along the way, we see appearances by Natasha Lyonne, Adam Brody, Vanessa Paradis, Justin Long, Haley Joel Osment, Tony Hale, and Stan Lee.

Reviews for the film haven't been too favorable, criticizing the film's disconnected plot and reliance on stereotypes. But with Depp and Quinn Smith at the helm, the film's cameos, and the overall strangeness of the thing, it's all but geared up to be a cult classic.

Yoga Hosers hits theaters July 29.
