Kylie Jenner is now 18 and she's an adult. She can party how she wants, when she wants, whenever she wants (so long as it's outside of the United States, that is), and get paid for it, too. She can also put holes and ink into her body without parental permission. And so she did, naturally.
But instead of picking a flash tattoo off the wall, or getting her last name or initials embedded into her skin forever, Jenner got a tiny, red heart tattoo on the back of her arm. It's totally best placement for mirror-selfie shots and it shows off her big heart and love for life, duh.
