On Wednesday morning, the Jonas Brothers announced a 40-date tour in support of their forthcoming studio album Happiness Begins, and even though it doesn't start until August, I'm already looking to lock down my outfit ASAP.
If you're new to the Jonas Brothers fandom, high heels and a red dress are a must-have for attending their concerts. In the classic 2008 song "Burnin' Up," the band changed us all forever with the absolute artistry of an ad-libbed line in the second verse. "I fell (I fell) so fast (So fast)/ Can't hold myself back/ High heels (High heels), red dress (Red dress)/ All by yourself, gotta catch my breath," Joe sings, with Nick passionately echoing the first and third lines. It's a true masterpiece of Disney-bred pop rock.
Despite the fact that there's little to no chance any of us ride-or-die fans will make the brothers actually fall and catch their breath (congrats, Priyanka and Sophie), I'll still be dancing in the front row in my "Burnin' Up" inspired 'fit.
So, if you're someone who thought they'd live to the year 3000 before they'd ever see a Jonas Brothers tour announced, or if you just can't stop boogying to "Cool," scroll through some of our favorite high heels and red dresses below.
